Riley...Is probably not staying

He is becoming such a nuisance to walk. Yesterday I couldn't go get the mail with him. There was a lady with her dog there as well, and Riley went after the dog barking and whining and growling. The poor lady had to leave, while I was trying to drag Riley away. AND the apt manager lady even cam out of the office to see what all the ruckus was. Same thing happened today going to the potty area. Some guy had his dog off a leash and was walking around with it when Riley started barking and flipping out. And so did the other dog. Again I had to physically pick up Riley and carry him off because I couldn't get him to budge.  AND THEN AGAIN about an hour ago on his list walk of  the day he started barking at another neighbor and her sweet little dog Sammy I once again had to pick Riley up and carry him back inside and immediately put him in his crate. Ugh... We're not going to be able to keep him I don tthink.... We're going to start getting complaints soon :(
